Yes, to be eligible for accreditation, the organization must offer medical coverage, prescription coverage, behavioral health support, and worker’s compensation (wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment). If national health coverage and or social benefits are provided by the government, these should be comparable to what is specified above, with the organization subsidizing any benefits not offered by the government.
